"Touchpoint" was first published in April 2009, in the early years after the Service Design Network was established. The intention was to create a periodical publication with the quality, rigour and authority of an academic publication, yet make it accessible and practical for a growing, global community of practitioners.
Since the first issue, "Touchpoint" has been created by service designers and for service designers, and remains an unsurpassed resource about all aspects of the discipline.
