This book demonstrates current techniques that are useful in teaching and performing phacoemulsification. It includes new footage on clear corneal incision, phaco chop, Memory Lens, and one-piece acrylic lens. It proceeds sequentially through wound construction, capsulorrhexis, hydrodissection and hydrodelineation, emulsification of the nucleus, cortical aspiration, IOL insertion, and wound closure, showing several examples of each technique.
