MOBY
makes the functions of molecular modelling available on inexpensive standard PCs. Its functions approach those of similar programs for workstations.
The new Version 1.6 incorporates several important new features:
- Animation (files may be selected from simulation, conformation analysis, or independently generated data sets to generate a movie file),
- Macro programming,
- Enantiomers: x/y mirror,
- Stereoscopic RED/GREEN display.
Mouse control has been considerably extended also in this update.
