In the fourth edition of the Atlas of Pulmonary Medicine, each chapter has been carefully reviewed and updated. Figures and references have been revised to include new advances on diagnosis and therapy. New authors have been recruited and several new chapters have been added, including chapters on sleep disorders, HIV and fungal infections, lower respiratory tract infections, and nutrition.
