The law relating to the identificiation, tracing and recovery of assets, whilst being of considerable practical importance, remains in many respects uncertain; this is no more so the case than with regard to the interface between civil and criminal proceedings. This work deals with the law and practice in this area, focusing particularly on the areas of uncertainty which are of particular significance to practitioners.
