Signes du Temps: Vecu Livret

Based on authentic recordings and printed texts drawn from the media and from everyday life, this course consists of 12 "dossiers", each focusing on a theme. Through these dossiers with their varied and structured activities students develop listening and reading skills and are encouraged to communicate in speech and writing. The new edition features improved design and artwork with new texts and illustrations replacing those which have dated. Three new "bridging" units with thorough coverage/revision of basic grammar provide smoother transition from examinations at 16 to advanced level study. This revised and expanded "Livret" contains exercises and transcriptions of the recordings available on the cassette which accompanies "Vecu" and is based on recordings and printed texts drawn from the media and everyday life.
