Compliance at Schweitzer Fachinformationen
Code of conduct
In the a globalized world, compliance has a major impact on organizations who want to operate ethically and legally. Compliance with regulations and laws is more than just a legal obligation; it is essential for maintaining the Trust of customers and business partners.
Whistleblower-system
We have implemented a Whistleblowersystem that employees and third parties can use to report legal and regulatory breaches. This complies with the regulatory requirements for whistleblowersystems based on the EU Whistleblower Act 2019/1937 with the corresponding implementing law and the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
You can contact us confidentially - and anonymously if you request - to inform us about breaches and irregularities, in particular economic crimes (e.g. fraud, corruption, breach of trust) and notifications relating to breaches of human rights (e.g. discrimination, breaches of work safety measures, child or forced labor) or environmental damage.
