Heather achieved executive leadership positions leading teams as she became a mother nearly two decades ago. Her decades of experience leading strategic initiatives, resolving operational challenges, and growing and leading teams at KPMG and Booz Allen Hamilton refined her ability to deliver creative, high quality, cost-effective solutions that drive business growth.

Heather's experience as both a working mom in a dual income household and a leader with aggressive business goals enables here to see both perspectives of caregiver and leader.
