Pastor Shantell M. Before her work in ministry and entrepreneurship, Pastor Shantell served with distinction in law enforcement for over 15 years and later held leadership roles in child protective services. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Georgia State University and a Master's degree in Community Ministry and Social Work. She is also a Certified Life Coach and is 12 credits away from completing her MBA with a concentration in Leadership.
Her ministerial leadership includes serving as Executive Pastor of a marketplace ministry that supports entrepreneurs in aligning their businesses with biblical principles. She currently directs the S.I.N.C.E.R.E. Women of Faith Ministry, offering spiritual counseling, worship leadership, and intercessory support.
