This comprehensive book educates clinicians on the best practices for managing migraine. It delves into the latest in migraine research and translational science, diagnosis, pathophysiology, and provides an emphasis on new treatments. The book also includes an overview of migraine subtypes across age groups, important comorbidities, lifestyle modifications, behavioral interventions, injection and infusion therapies, and an update on neuromodulation.
The book aims to prepare clinicians for mastery in the understanding of migraine for more successful outcomes, by integrating a wide range of treatment options for patient centric care. It also addresses the evolving practice of headache medicine, by covering topics such as specialized centers, telemedicine, standardized assessment tools, women's health, integrative medicine, education, and advocacy initiatives. Medical providers who take care of patients with headache and migraine will find this to be an indispensable guide.

Dateiformat: PDFKopierschutz: Wasserzeichen-DRM (Digital Rights Management)
Systemvoraussetzungen:
