Cantik Ni is book 3 in the Living Heavy, Traveling Light series by VB Mann.

This is an action/adventure novel about the unfamiliar side of the globe. It follows a pair of successful professionals enmeshed in highly successful careers that appear similar on the surface but are wildly different in reality. Circumstances, described in the first two books in the series brought them together and established their union. Now they cash out and exit their corporate careers, taking their skills and knowledge with them as they create a different existence and a remote destination retreat - Cantik Ni, which translates to 'This is Beautiful' in Malaysian.

They've chosen an Indonesian island, one of the thousands of islands of the Banda Sea, which links Indonesia, Sulawesi, Papua, Borneo and Malaysia. Their business contacts in Ambon, the ancient capital of the Spice Islands are their source of local knowledge and the entry point for their international clientele arriving and departing via Pattimura Airport.

Remote, unspoiled and beautiful as the Cantik Ni world is on the surface, old enemies and new challenges keep the story lively and satisfying. A handful of interesting characters drive the plot, centered on the two main characters who inhabit a private love story that is authentic, enviable, and by all appearances, bulletproof.
