Written Skills in Dispute Resolution is an SQE2 revision guide for the SQE2 legal skills specification. It demonstrates how you will be assessed at SQE2 in the legal skills of Case and Matter Analysis, Legal Research, Legal Writing and Legal Drafting, in the context of Dispute Resolution. The book makes clear links to SQE1 Functioning Legal Knowledge to help you understand how the law you learnt in SQE1 can be applied in practice, and there are SQE2-style sample questions to build your confidence in answering assessment questions.
Each chapter contains an introductory section, followed by two SQE2-style practice questions with sample answers, and detailed commentary illustrating how the answers compare to the SRA's competency requirements.

David Sixsmith is an Assistant Professor at Northumbria University. He was previously Senior Lecturer in Law and the programme leader for the Legal Practice Course and postgraduate SQE provision at the University of Sunderland. He is a non-practising solicitor and has previously been a partner at a high street firm. He is heavily involved with the development of profession-facing legal education and teaches dispute resolution and wills and administration of estates at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Das Dateiformat ePUB ist sehr gut für Romane und Sachbücher geeignet - also für „fließenden” Text ohne komplexes Layout. Bei E-Readern oder Smartphones passt sich der Zeilen- und Seitenumbruch automatisch den kleinen Displays an. Mit Wasserzeichen-DRM wird hier ein „weicher” Kopierschutz verwendet. Daher ist technisch zwar alles möglich – sogar eine unzulässige Weitergabe. Aber an sichtbaren und unsichtbaren Stellen wird der Käufer des E-Books als Wasserzeichen hinterlegt, sodass im Falle eines Missbrauchs die Spur zurückverfolgt werden kann.
