This refreshingly new text teaches the process of automated reservations and ticketing using the Apollo format. For schools without an Appollo system, an IBM-PC computer disk (written in BASIC) has been developed which simulates the Apollo system and which accompanies the text. Chapter content is thus immediately reinforced, as exercises can be performed either on the live system or through the use of simulation disk. This book should be of interest to students of automated reservations and ticketing on travel and tourism courses.
