Substantive Law Resources Workbook

This text covers all criminal, contract and tort elements of the A Level syllabus. It provides extracts from primary sources and other material and articles, together with exercises for students to develop their understanding of the topics. It offers a wide range of source material, including extracts from reported cases, key statutory material and articles from newspapers and legal journals. There are also less formal testing exercises to incorporate an element of fun into learning and a number of guides to answering essays, problem questions, data response questions and document skill questions, all with suggested answers.
