The aim of this annual reference is to provide property practitioners with an up-to-date guide to the most important changes in the law and practice of convenancing (including the broader field of landlord and tenant) which have occurred during the 12 months preceding publication. The book contains sections detailing cases; statutes and statutory instruments; other developments; books and articles publi; and a summary of changes which are expected to occur in the law and practice of conveyancing during the following year.
