This definitive collection presents nearly 100 international and regional instruments, all of which ultimately contributed to the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child. It contains virtually all modern international legal initiatives on the abduction, repatriation, adoption, and civil registry of minors, as well as conventions on crimes committed by minors, the legal capacity of minors, and humanitarian law with regard to minors.
