Directory of Community Leglisation in Force and Other Acts of the Community Institutions

This twice-yearly directory is compiled from the Celex database, the inter-institutional computerized documentation system for community law. As well as containing Community leglisation, it also includes other instruments which reflect the activities of the European Union such as policy instruments and decisions taken in individual cases but with more general interest. The directory appears in two volumes and key features include agreements and conventions concluded by the Communities in connection with their external relations; binding secondary leglisation under the treaties establishing the European Union and the European Communities, with the exception of day-to-day administrative acts; supplementary leglisation, in particular decisions of representatives of the governments of the member states meeting within the council; and certain non-binding acts considered by the institutions to be important.
