EMS Documentation Field Guide

EMS providers are trained to give state-of-the-art care. However, how to document that care so that it is not questioned later is often not taught in great detail. In order to help EMTs with this important subject, this guide examines many of the common calls providers receive and follows a standard protocol for the preparation of EMS run reports.
