The study of chemical clusters has led to the discovery of skeletal numbers. The periodic groups of the main group elements and those of transition metals have been assigned skeletal numbers. Using these numbers any chemical formula of a skeletal element or groups of them even in hundreds can readily be decomposed into numbers from which simple algebra series of the form S=4n+q can be derived. Categorization of clusters into a double capping form given by K*=Cy+Dz is easily formulated. Furthermore, six new equations from which the cluster valence electrons (CVE) have been generated. Isomeric skeletal shapes of clusters from simple to medium size can easily be sketched and tentative ligand distribution on the skeletal elements proposed. A new, simple and interesting cluster algebra has inevitably emerged.
