Viking Dublin: Botanical Evidence from Fishamble Street

This work describes and catalogues evidence of plant species recovered during excavations at Fishamble Street in Dublin. Evidence of nuts, cereals, pulses, fruit and moss was found, each telling us something unexpected about the eating habits of the Viking people and their work patterns of their settlement.
