The Law and Practice of Compromise: Supplement 1 to 3r.e

"The Law and Practice of Compromise" is a source of reference on all legal and practical matters connected with the settlement of disputes. The work is arranged in eight parts which guide the practitioners through all aspects of compromise, both in High Court and County Court litigation and arbitration. The supplement updates the work to May 1993 by taking into account all relevant Rule changes and noting up all the important case law since the publication of the main work, including a number of as yet unreported Court of Appeal cases.
