Playtime

All activities in this book, which is aimed at adults and contains numerous ideas for games to play with under-fives, are centred around objects which can be readily found in the home or easily assembled from everyday household objects. The emphasis is on cheapness and availability. The book is sectioned into the areas of development which concern most parent/carers; ie language, co-ordination and dexterity, learning of shapes, learning of numbers and colours, observation and memory, imagination and role-playing.
