This report draws together knowledge from sources including contemporary scientific literature, current practice, employer and employee representatives and a number of official authorities from member states. The report addresses questions such as: what is the extent of work-related neck upper limb musculoskeletal disorders within European member states? and does intervention in the workplace reduce work-related neck and upper limb musculoskeletal disorders?
