This book is meant for students of undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Each chapter has been provided with figures pertaining to the contents of the topic. Tabulated values, data etc. are also provided. Small questions along with their answers are put up in between the topics to enable better understanding of each topic. Unsolved problems are appended at the end of each chapter. Point-wise discussion, properties, functions etc. of certain chemical compounds have been given.
