Murdered bodies begin to appear, hung from swings in public parks across Sheffield, the only evidence left behind being a strange symbol on the floor. As Det Insp Leyton leads the investigation she also leads herself into a clash of morals with her corrupt superior officer, which imperils her own dedication to the case and endangers a vulnerable witness.
