French for Hospitality and Catering Studies

This cassette set provides students of hospitality and catering with an assignment and task-based language course which is designed to meet their vocational needs. The course closely follows the GNVQ advanced mandatory units programme and complies with National Language Standards at Level 2 in listening and speaking. A wide variety of authentic material is included, which has been provided by the catering industry in France and Belgium.
