Proteomics is the premier international journal covering applications, technologies and software in proteomics, other omics and systems biology approaches. The journal scope includes but is not limited to proteomics, genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, lipidomics and integrative multi-omics. We publish primary research as well as reviews, commentaries and viewpoints. We are a hybrid journal with no publication fees.
