Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics is a peer-reviewed journal publishing papers on current practical issues in all areas of applied economics with an emphasis on the practical importance, theoretical interest, and policy-relevance of results.

We cover topical issues of economic policy, and publish papers on formal econometric techniques, including theoretical analysis, developing new techniques in estimation and testing, and simulation studies. The testing of currently controversial economic theories is encouraged, as well as empirical research on both developed and developing countries.
