Acta Acustica united with Acustica is one of the leading international journals on acoustics. The journal is published together with the European Acoustics Association (EAA), representing 32 acoustical societies throughout Europe. The journal publishes peer-reviewed, original scientific articles and technical and applied papers on all subjects in the field of acoustics as well as book reviews, short communications, doctoral thesis abstracts, congress reports, upcoming events, and news from the member societies. High scientific quality is maintained by a system of referees.
