for SATB and piano
Mack Wilberg has arranged the well-loved Irish folk melody Londonderry Air, setting to it the words of Howard A. Walter's poem 'I would be true'. Alternative words to the second and third verses by David Warner are also included. The uplifting message of the text is mirrored in the swelling dynamics and flowing piano accompaniment.
