This publication brings to light three charming and highly effective carol arrangements by one of the late 20th century's leading British choral directors, Martindale Sidwell. I Saw Three Ships is for SATB and organ, and Stille Nacht/Silent Night and The Holly and the Ivy are for unaccompanied SATB. All are based on the familiar melodies.
