Routeplanning Map of Britain

This new edition of this route-planning map has been produced jointly by the RAC and Bartholomew using completely new mapping, at approximately nine miles to the inch, from the Bartholomew 1:1,000,000 digital database and the RAC's detailed town plans. New features of the map include the rail network and a selection of important tourist sites. Additional route-planning information shown includes a distance chart and details of restricted motorway junctions. Layer colouring provides a topographic background for the route-planning information. The map includes a London area map and 20 colour RAC town centre plans.
