Narvik: Frostisen & Nuorjjovarri - Hoyfjellskart

This is one of three unique maps of the mountain regions around Narvik with a wealth of detail never before seen. The terrain information on the map is based on laser scanning from aircraft. Mountain slopes, waterways, glaciers and other natural elements are imaged in much greater detail with this technology.

The map also contains more paths than any previous map of the same area. A 1:25,000 scale map is useful for those of you planning a summit trek to Nuorjjovarri (1,660m) or Frostisen (1,724m). The map will also be used by those who want to leave marked trails to explore their own routes in the high mountains.
