The front cover features a new map extract. The reference panel shows a new colour scheme that depicts important buildings with different colour infills e.g. educational establishments have an orange infill and hospitals have a green infill. Roads that have restricted access are shown with a purple infill and pedestrianized roads have a pink infill. Fire Stations and Post Offices are now shown by red squares and stars respectively, while Police Stations are now represented by a blue triangle. The scale is shown in metric as well as imperial. The selected places of interest index is now included in the street index and these entries are highlighted in red type.
