Drawn by Fire 2022 Calendar

Paul Combs is a classically trained artist, cartoonist, and firefighter/EMT. His lavishly detailed illustrations are published worldwide in newspapers, magazines, and books. He is the editorial cartoonist for Fire Engineering magazine. Paul is the author of four books: Drawn By Fire, Drawn By Fire, Too, Drawing Lines: The ART of Making a Difference, and Sprinkles the Fire Dog (with Frank Viscuso).

Paul is a 25-year fire service veteran with the City of Bryan Fire Department (Ohio) and instructor for the City of Bryan Fire Training Academy. Paul is an FDIC presenter and H.O.T. instructor (RIT combat drills), adjunct instructor for The Ohio Fire Academy, and national speaker.
