Changing Minds - A Multimedia

This interactive CD-ROM is designed to teach 13- to 17-year-olds more about mental health and contains a wide range of resources covering addiction, stress, eating disorders, depression, schizophrenia and self-harm. It includes video-clips, quizzes, written articles, interviews, real-life stories, cartoons, music, self-help resources and guidance on where to seek further help and support. There is special information for teachers and the content is linked to the National Curriculum.
