"The Union Catalogue of Serials" is the most comprehensive database for records of titles and the holdings of contemporary and historic, national and international journals and newspapers in German libraries. It currently contains about 1.26 million titles in all languages and on all subjects and fields from 1500 up to the present day, and offers a total of 6.9 million records of holdings from 4,500 libraries.
