Lippincott's Patient Teacher: Institutional Single-seat

This CD-ROM provides more than 800 patient teaching aids in a comprehensive yet user-friendly format. The teaching aids cover disorders in every body system, and feature information on tests, procedures, medications, and health promotion. Applicable in hospital, outpatient facility, and home care settings, this resource allows searching of PTAs by disorder, by category, or by a single word or phrase. It also tracks aids received and the patient's response to each session. Other features include the ability to print customize, and create new PTAs; an English-Spanish translator; and forms compatible with most documentation systems.
