ChemSelect. Inhouse Database of Reactions from Organic Chemistry for ChemBase

ChemSelect for ChemBase** (ChemBase** is a trademark of MDL)
provides accessto nearly 10.000 high yielding organic reac-
tions from key journals. Reactions were selected from the
InfoChem/ZIC Reaction Database containing some 1.8 million
reactions. ChemSelect comes in formats for use with the wi-
dely used MDL-software ChemBase**.
For each reaction, complete bibliographic data, short
comment on experimental conditions, context keywords, yield,
boiling or melting points and reference to spectroscopical
data are given. Stereochemistry is registered in the form of
absolute or relative configuration. The graphical
representation of stereochemistry is realized in the form of
hashed and wedged bonds.
