Simple and straightforward, Gartner and Hiatt's Color Atlas of Histology CD-ROM simulates a laboratory experience without the need of going to the microscope. This image-based interactive program is designed to be used as either a supplement to the Third Edition atlas, or as a standalone resource. The CD-ROM contains 700 high-quality photomicrographs accompanied by clearly-written legends, 350 of which appear in the atlas. The CD is divided into two sections. The atlas portion contains 350 images that are identical to those found in the text version.
