This looseleaf service provides practitioners with a complete consolidation of the circuit rules. It contains general notes on the practice and procedure governing applications under the Rules and discusses relevant case law on each Order. All changes to practice and procedure since the enactment in 1950 are highlighted throughout ensuring that you are completely up-to-date. It also includes a wealth of general information such as: law terms; map of circuit court areas; circuit court fees order; and an index to court forms. The Orders are divided up into groups of ten for ease of reference with a separate division containing court forms.
