This CD-ROM is a reference aid in the study of the basal morphology of human blood cells, and provides instant knowledge in the observation of blood smears. All abnormalities of the red blood cells are demonstrated, and unknown blood cells can be named on the basis of morphological characteristics according to the staining of May Grunwald-Giemsa. A 'View' function gives the user five related cell examples, and a 'More Information' button gives more reference values of the blood cell, syndromes and other characteristics. There is a concise electronic manual built into the program.
