International Congress of Comparative Law
der International Academy of Comparative Law
statt. Es wurden Themen aus den unterschiedlichsten Rechtsgebieten diskutiert, angefangen bei Rechtsvergleichung und Rechtsvereinheitlichung über die juristische Lehre, internationales Privatrecht, Umweltrecht, Geistiges Eigentum, Arbeitsrecht, internationales öffentliches Recht, Steuerrecht bis hin zum Verfassungsrecht und weiteren Aspekten. Auf der Grundlage eines Fragenkataloges eines Experten, der als Generalberichterstatter auftrat, verfassten die jeweiligen Landesberichterstatter einen Bericht zu ihrem Thema. Die meisten der Berichte sind in diesem Band veröffentlicht.
