This book deals with the legal and ethical aspects of disguised agency employment and illegal work, with particular emphasis on the protection of foreign workers. In the first part of the book, the author analyses the legal regulation of agency employment in the Czech Republic, including historical and legislative development.
The second part explores the ethical aspects of disguised agency employment, as well as covert employer practices. In the third part of the book focuses on the issue of illegal work, its various forms, and the socio-economic consequences associated with it. The fourth part compares the Czech legal framework with foreign regulation. Based on these findings, the author formulates recommendations for improving the legal and ethical framework in the Czech Republic.
