Advances in photovoltaics

This report explores five decades of technology trends in photovoltaics, based on nearly 340 000 unique inventions related to selected photovoltaic materials, photovoltaic devices, the management of these devices, and application areas. The report also offers insights into the patenting behaviour of large patent applicants, as well as of European startups, SMEs and the research sector in the field.
