Samer Ajour El-Zein is Vice Dean of Research and Undergraduate Programs at EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from the American University of Science and Technology (Lebanon), an MBA and an MSc in Finance from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Spain), and a PhD from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Spain). He serves as Head of the Scientific Committee at the EAE Institute for Business Trends and is a member of the Academia Europea de Dirección y Economía de Empresa (Spain). He lectures in financial economics at EAE, the University of Barcelona (Spain), and Reutlingen University (Germany). He previously worked as a credit risk analyst at W.R. Grace (USA). His research interests include financial inclusivity, financial markets and liquidity, financial economics, and sustainability.
Chelo Morillo is the Vice Dean of Academic Affairs at EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She holds a PhD in Communication from Ramon Llull University (Spain) and a Master's degree in Marketing from ISM (International School of Management, France). She teaches marketing, communication, and branding at EAE Business School (Spain), Universitat de Vic - Universitat Central de Catalunya, including the Vic and Manresa campuses (Spain), and Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (Dominican Republic). Her research interests include marketing, communication, branding, city branding, and place branding. She has also worked as a marketing and communication manager in various industrial and service-sector companies.
