Raman spectroscopy is rapidly emerging as a powerful technique for the characterization of polymers as a result of the development of routine Fourier transform Raman methods. The versatility and range of applications in the polymer field has led to the instrument manufacturers' offers of an extensive range of up-to-date equipment. The aim of this volume is to compile a library of Raman spectra which will enable users of instruments to interpret their spectra and thereby benefit from the full potential of the technique.
