Project Management

This package aims to provide companies with a complete resource kit for running a one-day training programme on project management. It includes a trainer's guide which contains information on teaching aims, handouts, exercises and photocopiable masters, teaching notes, supplementary materials and a reading list. Additionally, the accompanying participant's guide contains details of the scope of the course and methods of instruction, notes on topics discussed, exercises, case studies and worksheets. Among the topics considered are the role of the project manager, planning the project, scheduling the project, budgeting the project and project control.
