This examines the different areas of responsibility in schools from a legal perspective and explains the law and the responsibilities of teachers and governors through a series of INSET workshops. Each unit provides a 1/2 day training session and suggestions are given to extend that with another unit. Thrice-yearly updates ensure that the information is kept up-to-date. It is aimed at those with no legal experience.
