Spiritual healing awaits in this inspirational story of emotional redemption, an insightful companion to Transformed: Poetry & Prose of a Changed Life. In Connections: My Journey through Insight & Spirit, Carrie Wright-Christopher presents a companion book to her book Transformed: Poetry & Prose of a Changed Life. Expanding on her journey of self-discovery, she takes on new topics such as the process of a twin flame couple, and the challenges and benefits of such a relationship, as well as the soul and science of ancestral trauma, living angels, the process of insight journaling and automatic writing, the dimension of dreams, the benefits of full moon ceremonies, and holistic spiritual practices, including chakra healing, yoga, and meditation. Through a detailed account of how two spiritual healers influenced her own emotionally redemptive journey, she explains how pervasive loss and the reliving of trauma inadvertently led to a dangerous moment that changed her life for the better. She educates readers on best practices for spiritual healing and provides hope for moving on from trauma. Upbeat and inspirational, the book speaks to anyone interested in spirituality and personal growth.

Carrie Wright-Christopher is a poet and the author of A Lucky Turn and Transformed: Poetry & Prose of a Changed Life. Her gift for writing, which she considers to be a grounding pastime and her favorite form of meditation, has led to an appreciation of the ability to see the big picture and to be inspired by the little things in life. She holds a master's degree in library science from Queens College and worked with children, teenagers, and adults as a public librarian for many years. Later, she earned a second master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University, an undertaking she credits with playing an important role in the understanding of her own inner potential and the potential of others, particularly individuals with developmental disabilities. Aside from writing, her greatest joy is delighting in the rural countryside of her home in Upstate New York where she lives with her husband, her fellow traveler through life and other half, Dave Christopher.
